Adhere to all statutory laws and regulations, as may be applicable from time to time
Channel Partners may not misuse the brand name and/or the logo of M S Ramaiah Group
Mention the name of the Channel Partner in all communications with the customer
All marketing materials/collaterals shared with the customer should be approved by M S Ramaiah Group and clearly mention the Channel Partner name and contact details
Channel partners must significantly influence the sale and be involved in accompanying the customer to the sales office/during negotiations and closing, etc
